Job Description :
Description of key responsibilities:
Providing excellent quality and responsive 1st line user support
Performing daily systems administration
Building laptops/computers as required using automated systems
Supporting ongoing projects in the Engineering department
Installing & configuration of operating systems, applications, server software (e.g. Exchange, SMS/SCCM etc)
Writing and publishing documentation, help sheets, FAQs which would aid our users efficiency
Where necessary, design, produce, and run internal training sessions on new systems to teach the user community how to get the most out of them
Managing inventory (S/W and H/W) and spares
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
Only B.E or B.Tech graduates need to apply
Candidates Must have 60% and above (from 10th onwards) in academics
Candidates Must not have more than 1 year of gap in education
B.E/B.Tech candidates Must have graduated in the following streams – Computer Science, Information Technology, and Electronics & Communication.
The candidate should:
have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), fluency in English
