Candiate Should Have :
Candidate Should Have Working experience in .NET and web technologies (ASP.NET, WinForms.NET, C#, Web Services, WCF, WPF, HTML, JavaScript, Jquery)
Working knowledge of any one RDBMS (Oracle or SQL Server)
A working knowledge of version control systems like VSS.
Contributed to technical design documents.
Understands use cases, work flows, activity diagrams
Can write and review unit test cases
Microsoft.NET Framework (2.0 and above): VB.NET, C#.NET (windows and web (ASP.NET / AJAX.NET)
Strong knowledge in OOPS and its implementation.
Ability to think conceptually, take initiative, and be a team-player.
The desire to be constantly learning and growing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage pressure and take ownership.
Should be willing to actively code and contribute apart from team management.
